For new projects, I seek first to understand. I meet with my cross-functional team to gather context and see the problem through their lens. Then I cultivate those relationships to build strong solutions.
Strategize
After discovery, I align on strategy with my team. Strategic alignment includes process mapping, content modeling, identifying and compromising on constraints, and reviewing then refining design options.
Discover
Next, I scour existing artifacts for known user pain points and documented opportunities. I also look at the content systems and copy patterns that will influence the solution.
Write
Post alignment, wireframing, and initial concept testing, I write the words needed to execute the strategy that delivers a branded and delightful experience.
